Imagine AI is a digital products and web development agency headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We build and operate technology products for businesses across the UAE and GCC region.

One of our flagship products is WAPulse — a WhatsApp Business marketing and chatbot automation platform built for modern businesses.

  • WhatsApp Business Account credentials and API integration keys

  • Message templates created within the platform
  • Campaign data including send times, delivery reports, and read receipts
  • Chatbot flows, session logs, and conversation data
  • Login activity, IP addresses, and device information

Communications

  • Emails or messages you send to our support team

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the WAPulse platform
  • Send WhatsApp messages on your behalf using Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API
  • Process payments and manage your subscription

  • Respond to support requests and communicate about your account
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our platform features
  • Monitor platform usage to detect fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

WhatsApp Business Messaging

WAPulse operates on top of Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API. By using our platform:

  • You agree to comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy
  • You confirm that all contacts in your campaigns have explicitly opted in to receive WhatsApp messages from your business
  • You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through your account
  • You must provide recipients with a clear opt-out mechanism in all marketing communications

Imagine AI is not responsible for message delivery failures, WhatsApp account suspensions, or any actions taken by Meta against your WhatsApp Business Account for policy violations.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party services necessary to operate our platform:

  • Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API: Message delivery and status updates
  • Twilio: Alternative WhatsApp message delivery
  • Hostinger: Cloud hosting and infrastructure
  • Stripe / Payment Processors: Payment processing and billing

Each third party operates under its own privacy policy and data protection standards.

Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in the European Union
  • We use industry-standard encryption, including SSL/TLS, for data in transit
  • API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
  • Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only
  • We conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Upon account termination:

  • Campaign logs and message history are retained for 90 days
  • After 90 days, all personal data is permanently deleted
  • You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your data
